Jose “Pepe” Hermosillo revived the storied Casa Noble estate in the 1990s with the vision of creating a premium tequila that represented the new ideals of Mexico. Organic blue agave is matured for over a decade before going through the painstaking triple distillation process. The tequila is then aged to perfection in French oak barrels.
Big caramel and butterscotch on the nose, with undertones of cooked agave. The palate is viscous with notes of graham cracker, maple and honey.
Tequila is a distilled beverage made from the blue agave plant. It is primarily produced in the Mexican State of Jalisco, and also in areas surrounding the city of Tequila just northwest of Guadalajara. It is recognized as a Mexican Designation of Origin product in more than 40 countries. Technically tequila is a specialized type of “Mezcal,” an ancient Mexican spirit made from numerous varieties of agave and often imbued with a smoky quality via its production process.
