Light, bright and vibrant. Upfront citrus notes followed by apple and pear. Well rounded balance and finishes with soft acidic minerality.

Pinot Gris is a zesty white wine that originates in Alsace but grows all over the world. The greyish-blue grape grows well in the cooler areas of California’s Central Coast. Most Pinot Gris is dry with notes of stone fruit, and is more neutral than Moscato or Riesling. There are many different styles of Pinot Gris which vary based on the climate and terroir (the complete natural environment of the wine).
