THE STORY

The roots of Zardetto trace all the way back to 1917 with Bepi Zardetto, the first of his line to engage in the wine making process.  In 1936 his son Ernesto won a bronze medal for a bottled wine labelled “Zardetto.”  And finally in 1952 the company was born.

THE FLAVOR PROFILE

Offers a toasted, nutty nose with hints of flowers. Dry, light and crisp.  Foam-like carbonation and a tart green apple profile with a touch of yeasty, brioche like character.
